At Not Your Basic Box, we are firm believers that giving goes beyond gifting. Our founders wanted to create a socially responsible brand with giving back as a core tenet. NYBB is thrilled to partner with the Genesis Women’s Shelter to help support their Children’s Education Program. Genesis Women’s shelter is a local Dallas organization that aims to give women and children in abusive situations a path to lead an independent and safe life. They provide a safe and nurturing on-site educational environment designed to instill young hearts and minds with a curiosity for knowledge and passion for learning.

As empowering women and children through education is a cause that is near and dear to our hearts, we invite you to share in our mission. Know that with each gift you send, you’ll be giving back too. A portion of the proceeds from every book sold will be used to provide educational resources for the families at Genesis.
